Shipping policy

Shipping costs

Free USA shipping with all products.  Products typically ship out within 24 hours of purchase but may take as long as 72 hours.  Shop is located near a UPS regional hub and packages are often dropped off daily.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Shipping is insured and ships via UPS ground.  Tracking number is uploaded and you will receive email directly with tracking numbers.  Typically delivery is 3-4 business days from date of drop off.  If you need expedited shipping please feel free to contact me about options that may be available.

Shipping restrictions

UPS ground does not ship to PO boxes so if this is the case items will be shipped via USPS priority mail. 

Missing or lost package

I keep an eye on shipments typically but if you happen to see a package is reported missing/seems to have stalled somewhere/or is lost please contact me and I will look into the matter promply.

International shipping

I do not offer free shipping internationally but feel free to contact me for a shipping quote.  Buyer is resposible for paying all customs and duties fees. international taxes, charges, and any additional fees that may be associated with package
